Shipping

All shipments are made via United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Reasonable transportation and handling charges will be added to your order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. BOX (route/box addresses in rural areas are acceptable). Next-day air, and 2nd-day air service is available at an additional charge.

All shipments are signature required and pack on a plain box or UPS & FedEx box with no description of the product and we only use our business initials to secure privacy of your purchase.

"We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or other addresses that are not on file with your credit card company". All Credit Card billing information will be verified before any order will be shipped.

If you like to have the order ship to a different address than the billing address we can only accept the order as a C.O.D. order (cash on delivery) by cashiers check or money order USPS.

PLEASE NOTE--IF an item that you ordered is out of stock (even if for only a day or two) and you have requested UPS ground shipping, we will most likely upgrade your shipping (at no additional cost to you) in order for your purchase to be delivered to you in a timely manner. Rest assured, you will NOT be charged for any shipping upgrades.Thank you for shopping with us! Orders received AFTER 1pm Eastern time, will be shipped the following BUSINESS day (M-F). Returns & Exchanges

Satisfaction is GUARANTEED! If you experience a problem with any item purchased from us, please give us a call (toll-free 800-895-6745) so we can trouble-shoot the problem. Most problems can be fixed over the telephone, in a matter of minutes.

We certainly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the abuse of our liberal return policy, the following return policy must be enforced:

Returns for no apparent reason: THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CREDIT, A CHARGE WILL BE INCURRED IF RETURNED IN LESS THAN PERFECT CONDITION: We will not accept returns without a return authorization number issued from our ISS Return Merchandise department. All accepted returns must contain all original packaging, paperwork and manuals, and in new condition, with the RA# written on the outside of the box. Please include a note with your name, order number (if any), and the reason the item is being returned. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt; in working condition and without defect; are subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the original purchase price. Please return products via UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS, or US Mail, prepaid, insured, and obtain a tracking number for your protection. ISS is not responsible for lost or stolen items. ISS does NOT pay for or refund shipping and handling charges.

Any returns shipped to ISS without a return authorization number CLEARLY marked on the outside of the shipping box will be refused.

Exchanges: All return items must have a return authorization number (RA#). If the product you ordered is not what you wanted, you may exchange it, upgrade the product for a different one, or keep 100% store credit. You have 30 calendar days from receipt of you order to return it for an exchange for another item or store credit. The full price of the original purchase will be applied to the new order. Again, the returned item must be new, in perfect working condition, have all original items shipped, including all original packaging, paperwork, and manuals. Shipping and handling are not refundable. If you want a refund, a 20% restocking fee of the original purchase price will be assessed.

Defective Merchandise: If your item is defective, we will replace it with the same item at no charge. A return label will be issued within the first 7 days only through UPS and emailed to you after an RA # has been given to you. After 7 days, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipping charges on the returned merchandise. The return label should be placed on the outside of the box and taken to a UPS location for return. All original packaging, manuals, and paperwork should be included with the item being returned (this includes all cables, receivers, cameras, etc). A charge will be accessed if any items are missing.

NO returns can be accepted on custom designed, close-out, or special order items. If a return is accepted by ISS from the shipper, and after inspecting and opening the packaging we realize that some items are damaged or missing, ISS may return the package to the sender or bill your credit card for the missing items.

Limited warranty: All products have a limited 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

If I buy one of your hidden camera systems, will I be able to view and record with my current TV and VCR?

Yes. All of our systems will work on the VCR that you currently own — Guaranteed. Every VCR manufactured in the world today has additional RCA adapter plugs that will work with ANY of our units! ALL standard home VCRs, commercial grade VCRs and time-lapse VCRs have an RCA line-in video input along with (usually located on the rear of the unit) allowing recording, as well as viewing with or without a TV connected to the recorder. Line inputs are the female RCA-type jacks at the rear of the VCR.

Why are 2.4GHz frequency products better?

Due to increasing interference with 900mhz cordless phones and other electronic devices that utilize the over-crowded 900mhz frequency, we sell only 2.4GHz products. We do not sell any 900mhz or 434 MHz camera transmitters.

Will anyone know that I’m buying spy products?

Not unless you tell them. We ship all of our products discreetly from "ISS Corporation." In addition, we take every precaution to protect your privacy. That means we will NEVER sell any of your personal information down to your email address.

What are the advantages of getting a wireless system?

More than 85% of the hidden spy cameras we sell are wireless. The main reason wireless is the preferred choice of our customers is they’re just so easy to set-up and use. No holes to drill in the wall or cords to hide. The hidden camera images are sent to a receiver wirelessly using a 2.4GHz transmitter. To install one of our wireless systems, just hook up the receiver to the TV or VCR you already own, and turn on the camera. In five minutes, you’re done.

Are all of your hidden camera systems complete, or will I have to buy anything else?

ALL of our systems come complete with everything you need — down to the connection cords. Our systems even work with the VCR and TV that you currently ownYou will NOT have to purchase any additional hardware. Everything you need to get your system fully up and running is included with your order.

How many hours of continuous recording will I get with one of your hidden camera systems?

In addition to the camera’s battery life, you will have to consider the device you use to record. If you choose to connect your hidden camera to your current VCR, you will get up to 8 hours of recording (and all of our systems are compatible with your current VCR). If you require more recording time, upgrade your system with a Digital Video Recorder. Previously, a rare choice for the home user because of the high cost. With recent price cuts, we are now able to recommend this to our clientele who require longer monitoring periods. You can expect to get 2-4 weeks of continuous recording from an 80GB DVR.

I need to record in a low-light area. How do I find the right camera?

By looking at the LUX in the product specifications, you can determine the ability of a camera to record in low light. LUX is a standardized measurement of a camera's sensitivity to light. The lower the number, the less light it will take to reproduce a clear image. So if you need to record in low light, you want to get the lowest number possible. Here’s what you can expect from a camera with the following LUX levels: A camera that sees down to 1 LUX means it generally has the ability to see an image during early evening hours or just before dusk. A camera with a LUX level of .1 has the ability to see an image in a well lit parking lot, for example. A LUX rating of .05, gives the camera the ability to clearly view an image in a dimly lit area at night. A .05 image can usually enable a camera to actually see better than the human eye at night.

Why should I care about camera resolution?

The higher the resolution number, the sharper the image will be. It is determined by the number of horizontal video lines (like 430 or 320 lines) that the camera needs in order to reproduce the desired image. Although resolution is important when considering which camera to purchase, the quality of the cameras components is more important. We only sell high-resolution, name brand cameras, like Toshiba and Sony.

What is a Pinhole Camera, and why would I need one?

A pinhole camera is a miniature CCD image board with a lens opening of 1-3mm. The cameras in this category range in size from as small as 15mm x 15mm to as large as 2" x 2". Yet they produce real-time images similar to a camcorder. See our section on Pinhole Cameras. They connect to a recording device just like a regular hidden camera too, sending the video images being recorded to your device of choice (TV, VCR, computer monitor, camcorder or transmitter). Coming in at about the size of a quarter, in some cases, you can hide this just about anywhere.
