SHIPPING: All shipments are made
via United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Reasonable transportation and
handling charges will be added to your order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a
P.O. BOX (route/box addresses in rural areas are acceptable). Next-day air, and
2nd-day air service is available at an additional charge.
All shipments are
signature required and pack on a plain box or UPS & FedEx box with no
description of the product and we only use our business initials to secure
privacy of your purchase.
"We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or
other addresses that are not on file with your credit card company". All Credit
Card billing information will be verified before any order will be
shipped.
If you like to have the order ship
to a different address than the billing address we can only accept the order as
a C.O.D. order (cash on delivery) by cashiers check or money order
USPS.
PLEASE NOTE--IF an item that you ordered is out of
stock (even if for only a day or two) and you have requested UPS ground
shipping, we will most likely upgrade your shipping (at no additional cost to
you) in order for your purchase to be delivered to you in a timely manner. Rest
assured, you will NOT be charged for any shipping upgrades.Thank you for
shopping with us! Orders received AFTER 1pm Eastern time, will be shipped the
following BUSINESS day (M-F). If you order at 1:10
pm on Friday, that means your order will be shipped out on the following
Monday.
USA orders only, Please contact us if you would
like to place an international order. Any orders placed by customers with
international credit cards or international shipping addresses will be canceled.
Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico orders take 3-4
days extra for delivery.
NO international orders.Please contact us if you would
like to place an international order to estimate your FedEx shipping charges and
give you instructions on how to prepay your
order.
